You can get Aqueous Hobby Color by Gunze Sangyo.
It has a rust colour that is almost perfect.

: : : Anybody know what the proper shade of red should be below the waterline? I have been unable to find a "rust red" or Pactra "terra cotta" that the instructions suggest. Roy M. suggested Testors 1785 "rust". Any thoughts?

: : I'm in the process also of building Titanic, I also tried hard to find the colors that are suggested in the directions, but with no luck, I bit the bullet and picked up Testors Dark Red, it looks pretty good, I know it's not rust red, but like the salesman said "noone will noone will know it's not the right color but you"

: I found an "anti-fouling red" made by FLOQUIL. I'm going to give it a try...
