Hi Jason,

The interior of the lifeboats were painted a colour called "stone". You can see Art's interpretation of this colour in his paint reference at http://www.titanicmodel.net/uploads/4/1/6/0/41607523/paint_list_scale_equivalents.pdf (at the bottom of the document).
