Hi & thanks a lot Ralph.

I almost got the gripes right. I correctly identified Titanic's, but I used the slip hook from your Olympic drawing (which I had found earlier). I don't know how accurate the drawings are, but they seem to show that the slip hook fasteners on Olympic's gripes were larger than those on Titanic. I didn't know that so when I tried to put them at the top Titanic's gripe chains, there wasn't enough room because of the proximity of the hull of the lifeboat. So I moved the fasteners a couple of links down. It didn't occur to me that the fasteners might be smaller on Titanic...



(edit)Just noticed now that I made them too big anyway.
