I have not seen that particular clip before, but there is similar footage of the Lucania or Campania at Liverpool on either of two DVDs called "The lost world of Mitchell & Kenyon" or "Electric Edwardians"
available from Amazon.co.uk.

I don't remember which of those DVDs had the most footage of the ship, including some deck views, but otherwise they are interesting period documentaries in themselves.

I would recommend "The lost world" for general interest if buying only one.
