First, I wanna commend you for your work on your 1/350. Amazing attention on the details!
And no, i am not using a magnifying glass, my technique is to do things under natural light- it shows you every flaw, surface texture, even the smallest scratches on your paintwork, and three LED lamps at night to mimic daylight. And maybe i also have good eyesight? XD
I am just figuring things out as i go with this model, and i try my best to achieve accuracy. It just bugs me a lot that i got the forward A Deck wrong, and i forgot to put the stairs on the forward part of B Deck. They're not noticeable at this scale, but they still annoy me to the point that i wanna remove the heavily cemented boat deck and A deck on my model (which is a very risky thing to do). Maybe I'll do another Titanic model in the future, a 1/350 perhaps?
