Here it is fellas. A few details to add, but it's done. The ocean floor was made via Durham's Water Putty you can get in any hardware store.

Looks very good. Do you have any future plans to continue to detail the model or are you going to call this "finished"?
I find that going back to a model on occasion and fine-tuning details can be very rewarding. Great work nonetheless.

The ocean floor needs work and the model itself needs a little rust shade on the starboard side to cover over where the dust from mixing the putty for the ocean floor stuck to the model. It won't come off.

Some tiny rust rivers trailing in places around the wreck are also to be added.

Now the stern section will be difficult. The new book being released this November has stuff to help me build the new wreck finds. The missing middle section of the Tank room, and 3 funnel deckhouse.

Hi everybody,

Great job Mark. Your model is very pretty and your solution for the ocean floor very interesting.
I'll wait for new images.

Best wishes from this moment for next steps.

Regards,

Livio

I hope the port side photomosaic of the bow and stern are available soon. It would be a great help for this project.

I'm now making the debris that goes around the stern.

Hi,

Yes, no doubt!!! I hope to see new photos soon.

Probably those images will published with a new book.
I hope that both side and top views will be available with folded pages (for example like those used in The Discovery of the Titanic and Titanic - An Illustrated History).

I was looking again your model. The first image is the most realistic.
Once again congratulation.

Best regards

Livio

I agree. Besides the port side is seen in Titanic at 100: Mystery Solved for a few seconds in the background tv monitors post expedition when the team are speaking. Too small to see any details.

Thanks. I tried making this model as exact as possible. The new book coming in November will surely have new reference for me to use. So the stern section will take a while to finish for that reason.

My model is of the wreck via 2005. I can't change anything on it now anyway.
