#400, "Longitudinal cross-section drawing of Olympic"


I have an original longtitudinal cross-sectional drawing of the Olympic. I believe this is the first edition of this drawing with the artist's name and the copyright. A later version of the identical drawing with text changed in the caption spaces to include the Titanic as well was referenced as follows:

"#49348, "RE: Olympic cross-section diagram"

I understand that they are two drawings. The one you posted is not part of a full length cutaway. It only had the section shown in the image you posted. If you want a full cutaway, the one I posted is the only full length version.

The later edition removed the artist's name and the copyright. The drawing was my grandfather's which he acquired circa 1911. He was a dredger on the Great Lakes interested in marine information.
